Our client is seeking an experienced nursing leader for the following opportunity:
Responsibility for the direction of the day-to-day operations for a 30-bed surgical oncology unit. Large, complex post-surgical population with a focus on women’s oncology patients being treated for solid tumors, orthopedic cancer, and hematologic cancers. The unit also cares for patients who develop complications from their disease and complications from complex chemotherapy
The Nurse Manager functions as role model, advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team

BSN and Master’s degree required
Prior management experience and three-plus years of nursing experience, including Oncology, required
