This Fairview Southdale Clinical Nurse Leader will work in our specialty breast centers. It is here where they will perform nursing practice service, education and consultation to patients/families as a member of the healthcare team. They will establish and monitor standards of care.
Will act as lead on outcome-based approach to patient nursing care environment. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary health care team and in close partnership with the physician leader, they will leverage the support of the Care Management team. In collaboration with the Physician Leader and Nurse Manager, they will manage clinical quality, for a defined patient population, and provide consultative support to staff on selected patients.
This position is 64 hours per pay period (.8) working day shift, Monday - Friday. This position is benefit eligible.
Education: Minimum Education
MS in Nursing or other specialty area, where applicable
