We are currently seeking a Team Lead RN for the REX Hematology Oncology Associates office located in Cary, NC as well as a Team Lead RN for the office located in Garner, NC.
The team leader is a front line nurse leader who works in collaboration with Cancer Center leadership to ensure the work is accomplished effectively. The team leader provides unit leadership and will direct and contribute to unit activities including performing staff appraisals, ensuring scheduling needs are met and participating in patient care. In addition to demonstrating clinical leadership, the team leader serves as a resource, clinical consultant, and participates in endeavors to increase nursing knowledge. This role has a focus on quality improvement and may assist with unit education and professional development.

Three years of previous oncology nursing and healthcare leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. OCN required within two years of hire and hospital based Chemotherapy Certification required within six months of hire. Must maintain active Biotherapy and Chemotherapy Provider Card.
