The McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and Research is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Unit.
At McLeod Health, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to address the holistic needs of patients and their significant others, during hospitalization, and preparation for discharge. Reporting to the Unit Director, the Registered Nurse may supervise the work of other Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and assist personnel in efforts to deliver care for a prescribed shift of time. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the quality of care directly rendered and that he/she delegates to others.
McLeod Center for Cancer Treatment and Research is located in Florence, South Carolina. Florence, SC is located in Northeast South Carolina not far from Myrtle Beach and Charleston, South Carolina.
72 hours biweekly
Rotating shifts or straight nights
Every other Weekend
At least a graduate of an accredited 2 year accredited ADN program. South Carolina or Compact Registered Nurse License. BLS required. Chemo certification preferred but not required. New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply.
