University Gynecologic Oncology (UGO) is one of the world leaders in oncology care for women with cancer of the female reproductive tract. Founded by renowned gynecologic surgeon and oncologist Dr. Benedict Benigno, UGO specializes in cutting edge treatment, research and rehabilitation for women with gynecologic cancers.
We have a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Northside Hospital and University Gynecologic Oncology Team, and support one of our board-certified Gynecologic Oncologists, Dr. Yap. Qualified candidates will have prior practice experience, prior Gynecology and/or Oncology experience, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The RN will be responsible for medical chart management, triaging patients, assisting with in-office biopsies and procedures, and with pre-op and post-op appointments. Registered Nurses interested in this position will also work as a part of the interdisciplinary team, providing patient education, helping them to understanding their diagnosis and treatment plan, and aiding with symptom management throughout treatment. Patients who require Chemotherapy Infusion will be sent to our partner Infusion Centers, and the Registered Nurse in this role will not be administering Chemotherapy.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active Georgia Nursing License
Minimum of 2 years prior Nursing experience
Prior experience working in a Physician Practice
Prior experience working with Gynecology or Oncology Patients
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
