Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
New England Cancer Specialists has a position available for a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistantwith a specific expertise and interest in breast cancer. This is a full-time position in our Scarborough office. The successful Advanced Practice Provider candidate will work closely with physicians, focus on quality patient care, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This position will diagnose, treat, and manage patients. Responsibilities will include performing procedures, providing care in both in and outpatient settings.
To be successful in this role this individual will need:
Licensed as a NP/PA in the State of Maine is required.
3 years of experience as a NP/PA in an Oncology setting, with Breast Cancer experience strongly preferred, oncology experience required.
Needs to be able to work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and practice support staff.
Requires ability to communicate with patients in a clear, concise, and compassionate manner.
