Our Breast Center is Nationally Accredited and is a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. Services include medical and chemotherapy infusion, treatment for benign breast disease, Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Plastics/Reconstruction, Genetics and Survivorship Clinics. The Breast Clinic completed 22,700 and the Medical Infusion Center completed 11,700 visits in the last year.
You will lead a large multidisciplinary Breast Center and Infusion Center. Direct Reports include a Business Clinical Coordinator, Office Supervisor, Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs and MAs. Total direct reports are about 30. We believe in a multidisciplinary team approach, and are dedicated to providing high quality care to our patients with attention to clinical expertise, evidence-based practice, patient safety, and positive outcomes.
You will collaborate with a manager of radiology at the same location to ensure a coordinated, continuum of care for our patients. The cancer care continuum begins at screening through the end of active treatment and survivorship services. - Job requires Master's and 5 years of experience or the equivalent.
- Leadership and Oncology Nursing Experience Required
- Prefer OCN and NAPBC Certification experience
