Responsible for performing diverse clinical and administrative tasks that require critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and a high level of knowledge of oncology patients and disease processes. Tasks include, but are not limited to: mixing and administering chemotherapy/biotherapy/investigational drugs according to physician orders and study protocols, obtaining patient blood samples/specimens for laboratory analysis, coordination and management of clinical activities as directed by physician. This position reports directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Part time or full time opportunity available.
1 year nursing experience, oncology experience preferred, OCN certification within two years of hire
