We have an immediate opening for a Per Diem Registered Nurses and Part Time Registered Nurses to cover one or more of our Greater LA locations: Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Sherman Oaks, Mission Hills, West Hills, and Glendale.
Vantage Oncology is built on a model of primary care nursing where you will have the opportunity to help each of your patients through their radiation treatment from consult through the follow-up period. Working in direct collaboration with the physician, you will be responsible for patient assessments, management of side effects, continuous patient education, and providing psychosocial support to the patient and their family during their cancer journey. In this outpatient setting, patients come in daily for treatment for up to several weeks, giving you the opportunity to have the time usually lacking for patient education and support.
