We are seeking qualified applicants to join our incredible team in Winchester, Virginia.
Shenandoah Oncology's mission is to provide the most compassionate and comprehensive cancer and blood disorder care to every patient and our team members have a passion about doing that in a team environment.
Our Medical Assistants assist physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses with patient care duties in a clinical environment and they also perform administrative support tasks including answering phones and maintaining provider schedules.
High School Graduate or equivalent
Certificate of graduation from an accredited program for Medical or Nursing Assistant required
Prefer applicants with at least a year to three years' experience as a medical or nursing assistant
Current BCLS certification required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Desire to place patient's needs first always
