Texas Oncology is searching for a Patient Service Representative. Busy physicians office with face to face communication with patients. Knowledge of insurance, deductibles, co-pays necessary. We are a fully EHR practice. Our patients are electronically checked in at the front desk. Our Patient Service Representatives are a very important and key role for our business office and patient care at check in and check out. This position will verify insurance and will be ready to meet with the patients to review the coverage for their medical care.
