Conducts screening, eligibility, patient education, and data collection for cancer clinical trials. The Oncology Research Coordinator manages and administers all cancer clinical trial research activity.
Required: Bachelor Degree and minimum of seven years or more job-related experience. CT State RN license. Research Coordinator Certification (through ACRP or SOCRA) Experience in oncology nursing, chemotherapy and biotherapy administration. Proficient in current standardized cancer reporting criteria; performance status, adverse event grading and tumor assessment. MS Word, Excel statistical program/PP required.
