Key Requirements for Interim Nurse Director Clinical Research
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing and/or oncology based clinical specialty preferred.
Active Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
Certificate 1 Basic Life Support
5-8 years related work experience required and 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required
Four to six years of clinical research experience, preferably focused in Oncology or other high risk research specialty and proven competence in industry, cooperative group and investigator-initiated sponsored research.
Strong understanding of policy and practice governing research compliance within a large institution and ability to manage evolving research policy (IRB, FDA, OHRP, DHHS) relating to human subjects research.
