The primary goal of the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is continuous improvement of patient outcomes and nursing care. This position looks at best practice, how to improve patient care, and improving quality outcomes. The CNS helps to monitor care and shares the latest research and best practices. In this role, you are a strong communicator and dedicated to the best possible outcomes.
