Would you like to work for a company that truly puts patient care first in everything it does? Do you have strong experience in clinical oncology nursing care and enjoy coaching a motivated and high performing RN team? If so, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting on!
At Oncology Analytics, ensuring patients receive the optimal treatment is our priority. Founded by a hematologist/oncologist, we recognize the challenges faced by oncology care teams in determining the best evidence-based treatments for their patients. We are leading the way in managing cancer care decisions and are backed by some of the leading healthcare equity partners in the business.
More about the role:
You will serve as a player-coach for the team that reviews supportive care drug cases from the treating oncologist and evaluate whether therapy requested for authorization is supported for coverage and is best suited for the given situation – all based on you and your team’s expert knowledge.
You’ll work alongside Board Certified Physicians and PharmD teams to ensure the comprehensive care model is working and that all processes internally are aligned with the product strategy and quality improvement efforts.
We also need you to educate all of us the latest research in supportive care cancer treatment, and teach non-clinicians the basics of cancer care, how blood work factors in, and the in’s and out’s of our protocols.
You’ll manage a small but dynamite team of oncology experienced RN’s and advocate what they bring to the clinical portfolio, keep the team’s projects organized, and share key metrics with company leaders.
You can work remotely or from one of our office locations in Atlanta, GA or Plantation, FL.
What we need:
An advanced degree – MSN, MHA, or Ph.D. in Nursing – to build on our high level of expertise.
