The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for providing managerial leadership and administrative direction for the
Oncology clinical service line of Columbus Regional Healthcare System. Responsible for the day to day management and
oversight of the John B Amos OP Cancer Center, IP Oncology unit, and other clinical services as assigned. Responsible for
human resources functions to include; hiring, evaluating employee performance, counseling and termination of staff.
Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality care and ensures full compliance with TJC and other regulatory agencies.
Minimum Experience Required:
Three years' clinical experience and five years'
Minimum Education Required:
Master's degree (MHA,MBA,MSHA,etc) in
related field of study
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
