This Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for:
Planning, organizing and providing oversight of daily clinical administrative operations of the Oncology Unit.
Preparing staff schedules, requests and allocating resources and facilitating the coordination for care/services to meet patient care operations requirements.
Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care.
Selecting, supervising, coaching and evaluating nursing and clinical support personnel, and developing and providing staff education/development programs.
Co-leading and participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
Working Monday-Friday, 10 or 12 hours shifts.
To qualify, you must have:
BSN and current RN license in MA.
4-5 years Oncology Nursing experience or Nursing Leadership experience required.
Excellent leadership, team building and collaboration skills.
Analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories, and concepts and in-depth, cross-functional experienced-based knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions.
