Critical Care Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship Mission Statement Our mission is to inspire newly graduated APPs through the promotion of their professional development and transition into advanced practice utilizing a structured educational framework to provide high quality, evidence based, cost-effective, ethical and compassionate care to the critically ill oncology population as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare team. Vision StatementOur vision is to enhance the transition of newly graduated APPs and inspire their practice as they become proficient critical care clinicians within an educational framework consisting of didactic, simulated, and experiential learning to enhance the new providers critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills. The aim of the program is to shape the new APPs practice to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care as well as support the ongoing pursuit of professional development and leadership through participation in research as well as organizational committees, programs, and quality and safety processes.
