Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Peninsula Cancer Institute in Newport News, Virginia.

Scope of Practice
In this role the nurse practitioner will practice in collaboration with the medical oncology physician team, and other nurse practitioners caring for the hematology and oncology patient population by; follow-up appointments, chemotherapy education sessions, survivorship care planning, advance care planning, same-day sick patients, and surveillance patients.

Experience: This position requires a strong background in oncology with previous experience in general hematology and medical oncology (inpatient and/or outpatient) and preferably experience with the chemotherapy regimen also.
