Overview The RN on the Medical Oncology unit will help adult patients with hematologic and oncologic malignancies. Services include chemotherapy and blood administration. Bed capacity: 27. Manages complex medication and infusion therapies. Care for patient undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures/interventions on the unit. Responsibilities/Job Description The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s).
