Our Inpatient Nurse Managers are responsible for:
Leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing processes by demonstrating Relationship Based Care and age appropriate care to patients and their families of all age groups
Builds and retains a talented and inspired workforce by attracting, developing, engaging and empowering the right people who are motivated to fulfill their potential and the UH vision

Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to support research and evidence based practice

This Nurse Manager is will support the Women's & Surgical Oncology floor, a 30 bed adult inpatient unit at UH Seidman Cancer Center.
