SUMMARY OF JOB:
Responsible for the overall management, clinical leadership, operations, relationships with internal and external stakeholders and financial affairs of the Redeemer Health in partnership with the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper Cancer Program.  Ensures efficient operations to provide patients with the highest quality cancer care. 

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in business management, nursing, health administration or related field with a minimum of 2 to 3 years management experience. Oncology experience with a strong understanding of the clinical issues involved with the care of cancer patients and their families is required either through clinical practice or prior management of a cancer program or similar clinical program. Demonstrated success in program development, building physician partnerships and working collaboratively with diverse groups. Excellent interpersonal communication, organization and writing skills. PC Literate.
 

LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
RN preferred
