The Clinical Nurse Infusion
An experienced Registered Nurse who is responsible for:
Providing direct patient care to phase 1/2 clinical trial oncology patients through administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy and investigational medications and execution of clinical trial responsibilities.
Completes required documentation and study-related activities required per research protocols. o Works with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patient care for their assigned team(s) based on disease type.
All candidates must have at least one year of oncology experience with an active chemotherapy/biotherapy certification. Research experience is desired but not required. OCN preferred.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly/4 10-hour shifts, Day Shift Weekdays Only

Minimum of one year of oncology experience.
Active chemotherapy/biotherapy certification.
Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
Current State of Illinois, Registered Professional Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association.
Strong analytic ability (conceptual and quantitative).
Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills.
Strong human relations skills to interact effectively and collaborate with others.
