Coordinates the daily activities of the units. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. Key performance indicators include but are not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3:30pmWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Would prefer candidate with MRI background and 1-2 years of leadership experience* 2 years of experience as a technologist* 1 years of lead or supervisory experience, preferred* Efficiency in time management and interpersonal skills* ARRT, ARDMS or CNMT registry in at least one of assigned modalities* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association* High School Degree or GED, required. * Associate's Degree, required.* Bachelor's Degree, preferredMedium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
