Description Assistant Director-Contact Center Operations, Care Connections (Remote) JOB SUMMARY: The Vanderbilt University Medical Center Patient Access Services (PAS) - Assistant Director - Contact Center Operations will operate within the Care Connections Contact Center. The role will be responsible leading and overseeing a team of 15 - 18 Access Center Managers, with ultimate accountability of 200+ frontline associates. The role's primary focus will be to organize, plan and monitor the daily operations of the inbound patient contact center.
