Oncology Registered Nurse Manager, RN - Virginia Beach
Overview:Virginia Oncology Associates, the largest group of medical professionals in Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina devoted exclusively to cancer care and blood disorders, has an exciting opportunity for an Oncology Nurse Manager for our offices in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. This position will require the ability to travel to multiple practice locations. Responsibilities: Oversees the clinical operations for all nursing and clinical support activitiesMaintains effective nursing staff coverage for assigned offices within budgetary constraintsHires and coordinates training for all nursing personnelDirects the correct use of charge codes and educates all staff in correct procedures per reimbursement guidelines
