Redeemer Health, in partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) - Gastro Intestinal (GI ) / Solid Tumor Nurse Navigator to act as a resource for patients and their families confronting a cancer diagnosis and to the community in providing health awareness, proper screening and risk behavior modification guidance. Through the use of education and assessment tools, the ONN serves as a central point of contact for identified patients confronted with cancer, facilitating their access to services provided within our health system, resources available through the community or service agencies, providing education regarding cancer treatment, symptom management and long-term survival issues.
