Clinical Transplant Coordinator
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oncology/Hematology RN to care for patients with Immune deficiencies. The incumbent must have at least 3 years of RN bedside experience in Oncology/hematology with charge or preceptor experience. BMT and transplant experience preferred. This position is Full time with an optional schedule of 5 days per week or 4-10’s. No weekends/nights or holidays! The Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CTC) is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a designated member of the transplant multidisciplinary team with primary responsibility to coordinate and ensure continuity of care for transplant candidates, recipients and their families throughout all phases of care (referral, evaluation, waitlist, transplant surgery and post-transplant).
