The Breast Care Navigator provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to breast health patients utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process. Specifically, this position manages comprehensive nursing care for patients whose needs range from simple to complex to guides and supports patients through a cancer diagnosis and assists to organize appointments with multiple providers.
