Description JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor End User Services supervises technical team offering guidance on delivering technical support solutions. The Supervisor End User Services recommends standards and processes. Responsible for a team of technical support staff who provide support to end users including desktop, network, media, application and other electronic technologies.
